Ingredients: (Around 0.5 litre)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 2-3 dates (or more to taste)
- 1-2 tsp. of cocoa (or more to taste)
- 1-2 tsp. carob (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup of liquid (water, coconut milk etc.)
1. Using a blender mix everything together.
2. Add more water to make the smoothie more liquid.
